The App can be used offline. An internet connection is required only for leaderboards and analytics data transmission.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

All users, regardless of geographic location, may request deletion of data associated with their use of the App.

To request deletion, contact the developer at josef.grunig@gmail.com with the subject line “Infinite Wave - Invasion Data Deletion Request.” Please include enough information for us to identify the data you want deleted, such as your Meta display name and, if available, your Meta user ID.

For data processed through Meta platform services, including USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, leaderboards, and crash reporting, you may also use Meta’s privacy tools or contact Meta directly. If you contact the developer, we will assist with deletion requests for data under our control and direct you to Meta’s tools for data controlled by Meta.

Analytics data processed by Mixpanel uses a random anonymous identifier and is not linked by the developer to your name, email address, Meta user ID, or Meta profile. Because the developer cannot reasonably identify which anonymous analytics records belong to a specific user, user-specific deletion of anonymous analytics records may not be technically possible. Deletion requests remain available for any data that can reasonably be associated with your use of the App.

You may also delete local App data from your Meta Quest device by clearing the App’s local storage or uninstalling the App.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
